## Commercial use and adaptation

DevHeal-owned materials in this publication are licensed as follows. Both licenses permit commercial use, modification and redistribution subject to their terms. No separate commercial permission or license fee is required under these licenses.

This includes the white paper, specification prose, research notes and architecture illustrations. Embedded code examples use Apache-2.0 as stated above.

You may share and adapt these materials commercially. Give appropriate credit, retain supplied copyright and license notices, link to the license, indicate changes and do not imply endorsement. Do not impose additional restrictions that prevent recipients exercising the licensed rights.

DevHeal and DH-ADOM names, logos and other brand marks are excluded from these copyright licenses. No trademark license, certification or endorsement is granted. Truthful attribution must not imply an official partnership or approved implementation. CC BY 4.0 does not license patent or trademark rights. The Apache patent grant is limited to covered contributor claims, not unrelated patents.

Third-party quotations, referenced works and separately identified third-party assets retain their own terms. This notice does not license Dummu, other DevHeal products, the general website code or materials outside the DH-ADOM publication. The licenses supply materials without warranties as stated in their full terms.

This licensing release supersedes the earlier research-and-evaluation notice for the current source and package 1.1.1.
