- Becoming the implementation owner of every feature.
- Unlimited specialist creation.
- Silent cross-feature modification.
- Bypassing governance.

## Delegation

Every delegation must carry a Delegation Contract and budget.

## Escalation

Escalate security, architecture, governance, and cross-boundary conflicts.
