Apache 2.0: implementation materials.
Reference code, operational templates, JSON schemas, API definitions, state-machine models, validation tooling and experiment materials use Apache-2.0. Embedded code examples use the same license.
When redistributing, include the license, retain applicable notices and mark modified files. Applicable NOTICE attribution must be preserved. Your entire proprietary application does not have to be open sourced.
CC BY 4.0: publication and diagrams.
The white paper, specification prose, research notes and publication diagrams can be shared and adapted, including commercially. Give appropriate credit, link to the license, retain supplied notices and indicate changes. Do not imply endorsement or restrict recipients from exercising the licensed rights.
